Postpartum Doula
You just did something extraordinary. Now let us take care of you.
You were never meant to do this alone.
Somewhere along the way, we stopped surrounding new mothers with the support they deserve. Families go home 24–72 hours after birth, expected to find their footing without a village. The pressure lands hardest at the most vulnerable moment. How to feed, how to soothe, how to sleep.
We believe the postpartum season is sacred. It deserves the same care and intention you brought to your birth. A postpartum doula isn't a luxury. It's the practical, grounded support that makes the difference between surviving those early weeks and truly thriving in them.
"When parents are rested and supported, the whole family finds its footing."

How it Works
01 — Book a consult call We'll chat about your family's needs, your goals for the postpartum season, and whether daytime or overnight support is the right fit.
02 — Choose your package Together we'll match you with the option that fits your timeline and the level of support your family is looking for.
03 — Make it official Once your contract is signed and your retainer is in place, your care is locked in. We start getting to know your family before baby even arrives.
04 — Schedule a home visit Before baby arrives, your postpartum doula comes to your home to get to know you, see your space, and talk through the support you're hoping for. By the time you're in the thick of those first weeks, she's not a stranger - she's someone who already knows you and your home
05 — Baby arrives, we show up You let us know your little one is here, and care begins on the timeline that feels right for your family.
Things families ask us
When does postpartum support start?
That's entirely up to you. Most families begin care in those early tender days, but others wait until the haze settles and exhaustion becomes more apparent. We recommend starting within the first two weeks, but we always meet you where you are.
Will I still bond with my baby if I have overnight support?
Absolutely. And many families find that rest deepens bonding. You're in charge of how feedings go and how involved you want to be each night. Our job is to support that, not replace it.
Can you help with feeding?
Yes. Feeding support is a core part of what we offer, whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or navigating a combination of all three. We show up without judgment and bring practical, experienced guidance to whatever you're working through.
What if I want to add hours or extend my package?
Extensions may be available depending on scheduling and availability. We'll always be upfront about what's possible as your care progresses.
Do you serve families outside Indianapolis?
We primarily serve Marion and Hamilton counties, with availability in surrounding areas. Reach out and we'll let you know if we can get to you.
